Cook for Fun is a project based on nutrition and designed to increase students\'' awareness of the importance of eating a healthy, balanced diet by unveiling the basic principles underlying good nutrition. The worksheet contains recipes, chants, stories as well as sensory and manual activities to develop an understanding of the scientific, historical, geographical and socio-cultural contexts of certain foods and culinary customs.
